1 Strange Spice That Can Shrink Your Stomach
How would you like to eat something that can actually make you thinner?
How much thinner?
Well, it won’t give you instant results. Nevertheless, it will shrink your stomach over time if you eat it regularly. Best of all, you won’t need to do any extra work – that, and it’s 100% natural.
So, do you want to know about this certain something (it’s a spice)?
I thought you would. And before I tell you what it is, let me tell you a bit about what it does:
- It boosts your metabolism. Specifically, it ramps up thermogenesis – the heat generation process in your body that torches calories.
- It decreases your appetite. By feeling less hungry, you’ll eat less. And that’s yet another way this spice helps you shed fat. We’re not exactly sure how it does this but research is pointing to the decrease ghrelin – a key hormone that regulates hunger.
- It prevents the buildup of fat. This spice not only activates enzymes that break down stored fat, it also activates enzymes (or proteins) that stop the storage of fat. How’d you like to indulge from time to time and not have to “pay for it” (within reason, of course)? Well, now you can!
By now, I bet you’re dying to know what this certain spice is and how fast you can incorporate it into your diet. So without further adieu, it’s capsaicin. This occurs naturally in chili peppers. You can also find it in supplement form – either alone or as part of a formula. At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter how you eat it as long as you do.
And while the verdict is still out on just how much weight loss capsaicin can produce (more studies are still needed) the fact remains that it works, it’s 100% natural, and you should start consuming it as soon as today. After all, the more weapons you have at your disposal to fight the battle of the bulge, the higher your chances of winning. So get to it!
isn’t capsacin an NSAID which for some people is not good to take. I only have 1 kidney and my doctor says no NSAID’s – I must use Tylenol. Please respond.
Thanks,
