"This program has been a life saver for me and came right when I needed it. After being
the major caretaker for my aging mother, there just wasn't room to take care of myself.
After her passing, James Ward and the Cruise Control Diet were my road to success.
And so easy! I know that doesn't seem possible, and no one really believes me, but this has been effortless and the results are tremendous.
I went to the doctor and did not come out with a clean bill of health but with the help of this healthy wonderful eating and support, I have lowered my blood pressure and cholesterol to healthy limits and my diagnosis of diabetes can be diet managed.
And not to mention the weight loss and feeling of energy. Also, the constant "not being full" feelings, going from sweets to salty, the night time eating, have all disappeared.
I know this may seem too good to be true, but it's real. Just wish I had been doing this for the last forty years. But it's never to late to look and feel good and be healthy! Just keep rooting for me to continue and good luck to all of you too...try it!"

"James, Thanks for my copy of the Cruise Control Diet. I started this diet a week before Thanksgiving 2012 and have lost 40 lbs and managed to
get off my Blood pressure meds in the process.
I have tried other diets in the past and they never worked for me like this one does. I get compliments from everyone and have even helped others to get started eating more healthy too. Thanks again for all the information."

"Because of this diet my glucose levels are considerably lower. I would wake up in the morning with a
level between 180 and 250. My insulin was trying to catch up the rest of the day. This morning my glucose
level was 75. It is never that low in the morning. Yes, I have consulted with my endocrinologist concerning
this diet and she gave me the okay to do it."
With Warmest Regards,
"I set three goal weights: 260 pounds by Christmas, 230 pounds by my son's Bar Mitzvah on May 9, 2015 and 200 pounds by
August 17, 2015. I wanted to report my progress since I passed the half-way point this week. I have lost 55.5 pounds over the last 24
After losing 14 pounds the first four weeks, my weight loss has been very steady at between 7-10 pounds a month. I have lost 9" on my waist. I was within a pound of my first goal and think I will meet the second and third goals as well. The CCD with my exercise plan has made me feel the best I have felt in many decades. CCD is no longer a diet, it is my eating plan for life."

"Hi Ya'll - I was skeptical when I first saw the video. However, I knew I had to do SOMETHING about my weight.
So, I ordered the books and read them all and started on March 9, 2015. I was 201 lbs when I started. It
was surprisingly easy to follow and I had no problem with staying on the eating plan. But, I had to change
portions as I could not eat all that food at each sitting.
It is WORKING!! I have lost 16 lbs in this short time. Thanks for showing me How to eat to be healthy. My blood sugar is down and blood pressure, too! And... the best part is I am wearing clothes I have not been able to wear in a VERY long time! Thanks again for being here for me and helping me to do this. Yipeeeeeeeee!!!"

"Thought that you might want to know that after 90 days, I am just short of 40 pounds in total weight loss. 220.5
lbs. at start on January 13th. 184.0 lbs at weigh-in on day 90, April 13th. This included a week at an all-inclusive
resort in Mexico in late February.
Two other bonuses included elimination of my Rheumatoid Arthritis medication for my knees and hands, and no more morning joint pain. I attribute the majority of those benefits to your recommendation to give up carbonated beverages and pre-packaged (preserved) meals. Still have 10 more pounds to go, but very happy with these results. Thanks."

"Wow! Just got my first blood test since starting the diet (less than 2 mos ago). You were right on! Cholesterol total went down 32 points to
near normal. Triglycerides went down over 50 points and LDL went down 22 points. HDL stayed approx the same (45). My doctor was like... whatever
you are doing, keep it up.
I have lost 23 pounds and feel great. I know my numbers will keep improving. It is not that I didn't believe you, but when I saw it with my own eyes, I was thrilled. Just had to share the good news. I dodged the medication bullet and am totally sold on the cruise control. Thank you!!!!"

"i just want you guys to know that this is the best eating plan I've ever done. I've done them all and this is the
easiest ever. I've lost almost 30 lbs. I'm full all the time. I have the same energy I had 20 yrs ago, my Psoriatic arthritis doesn't hurt any more.
My doctors are amazed thank you so much. I still have trouble cutting out all of my sugar habit. I'm sure I could lose faster if I cut out sugar completely. I love what I learned about the ensulin and what it does to us. THANK YOU SO MUCH??"

"So far I have been on CCD for around a year and I lost a total of 55 lbs. (180 to 125), in fact I have been at
125 lbs. for 3-4 months now. I still want to lose 2-3 lb more, but if I could not, I am fine with it.
So that is the current situation. I will keep it, but I will relax it a little bit and enjoy the cheat meals a
little bit more, if I go too far, I should know how to get back on track."

"First off, I just really want to thank you for creating this program and making it so easy to follow! I started the Cruise Control Diet on June
3, while I have had a couple of 'set backs' (went on a week vacation, birthday parties back to back) I have managed to drop and keep off 25
lbs. I love the program for many reasons but my favorite reason is just that it really is sooooo easy to follow and maintain.
I have 2 beautiful children, and weight loss has been a real struggle after having them. I have always been a thin person so after gaining all the weight from pregnancy I was feeling really defeated. I tried everything, from killing myself in the gym to HCG shots & dieting (counting calories, carbs, and proteins) and while I did lose weight by those methods, I simply could not keep it off. As soon as I would reach a plateau or a lull or stop using the products, I would gain the weight back & more. Talk about discouraging, especially after all the money and sacrifice it was.
My other favorite reason I love this program is how great I truly feel (not only because of the weight loss but just from eating/drinking better and making better choices).
My parents are also on this program. My father has lost 39lbs and my mother has lost 24 lbs. My father struggled with severe acid reflux, sleep apnea and asthma. All symptoms have almost completely subsided!!!! That's amazing in itself!!!
Thank you again for such a life changing program!!!"
